The ADUSA Team Lead manages businesses, sales development managers
and directors to support clients' achievement of their objectives
for innovation, assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotion
leading to increased market share, volume and profitability at
customers in our coverage. The ADUSA Team Lead may also be
responsible for leading customer relationships providing strategic
recommendations and tactical execution of the client(s) objectives
while supporting the customers' category growth goals. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads the development of performance
objectives, plans and evaluation metrics for associates and teams
under supervision offering strategies and tactics to clients and
customers to enhance collaboration, joint business planning and
mutual success through proactive communications, a cadence of tier
stepped engagement (in person or online) and bi-annual Top to Top
Executive sessions to review outcomes, opportunity gaps and
business partnership proposals and campaigns. - Demonstrates
knowledge of the clients' products, policies and personnel, and
collaborates with the client to develop realistic objectives and
strategies for building its business. - Demonstrates industry,
market, customer and category knowledge by regularly monitoring and
analyzing market trends, customer trends, promotional activity,
consumer behaviors, demographic shifts and "best practices". -
Provides Fiduciary Senior Level Management of Client/Customer
Relationships in the areas of innovation, assortment, pricing,
programming, shelving and claims management. - Demonstrates
accountability and responsibility for client and customer
relationships, maintains appropriate records, manages and accesses
company SharePoint Sites, shares files on company platforms and
drives and manages client and customer portals as required for
success. - Establishes professional and frequent lines of
communications with clients, supervisors, direct reports,
associates and customers and elevates issues and opportunities in a
timely manner. - Participates in training and development programs
to improve communication, organization, analytical, presentation,
and negotiation skills. - Is a "team player"; is honest and
forthright with all parties; works well with peers; trains and
develops subordinates; adheres in all respects to Code of Business
Conduct. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory
responsibilities, direct and co-managed, in accordance with the
organization"s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; developing associates, overseeing
performance, providing guidance, and support to maximize
success.

or equivalent; or ten to fifteen years related experience

Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of Order processing systems; Spreadsheet
software and Word Processing software.
Reasoning Ability: Must possess critical thinking skills like
analysis, evaluation and synthesis as well as abstract thinking,
creative thinking, information processing and problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize work load and set goals.
Other Skills And Abilities: Must have a valid driver"s license and
clean DMV report.
