Insurance Underwriter Marketing Underwriter Production Underwriting Complex Commercial Property - Machinery involved in Manufacturing, Research, Logistics, Utilities, Mining, Medical, etc. Broker & Agency Relations Business Development _ .

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Manage team of marketing representatives to develop agency and broker channel.

*** Develop and execute production plans and sales pipeline.

*** Supervise new agency prospecting, evaluation, and appointment process in accordance with goals and agency potential.

*** Serve as liaison with select agencies, including periodic in person visits.

*** Monitor agency relationships and guide direct reports in developing action plans.

*** Coach team to identify account leads and sell quotes to agents.

*** Advise branch and corporate office teams on current market conditions in territories.

*** Recommend changes in commercial property products and services as appropriate.
