CEROS/INTERACTIVE RESPONSIBILITES:

Will work under the guidance of the Art Directors working only on interactive on the platform
Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance
Design according to Client's specific brand guidelines
Collaborate with other team members
Multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and work independently
Work on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines
Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
Passion for design
Self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

MOTION RESPONSIBILITES:

Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout
Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
Design according to Client's specific brand guidelines
Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance
Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree, B.A/B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) CEROS, Wireframing, interactive builds, UI/UX and HTML/CSS
Minimum of 1 year experience in digital design
An exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
