These tasks include: tray assembly, tray and cart delivery, mechanical and/or hand washing of all food service plate ware, utensils, equipment and pots/pans. The Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining quality, cleanliness and ongoing sanitation of all dishroom and food service production areas. Duties include but are not limited to: retrieval of carts with soiled trays, cleaning of all plate ware, utensils, equipment, floors and pots/pans, using the pot and pan sink and dishwasher, mopping and sanitizing all food prep floor areas, cleaning checklists, temperature logs, and maintenance reports.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferredMust be able to read, write and speak English We take great care of careers.With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
