Location(s): Bristol Young Adult Support ProgramHours: M-F Flex 40 Hour Full TimeSalary: BSC1: $40,000-42,000 BSC2: $48.000- $51,000Retention Bonus:$2000sign/on retention bonus for full-time Behavior Support Clinicians Responsibilities: The Behavioral Support Clinician will design and develop strategies and plans to support young adults with effectively managing social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and various mental health and recovery needs The Clinician will also develop behavioral support plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury- educating and training residential support staff on proper intervention plans and support assistance Clinical Documentation and planning of all individualized behavior plans- collaborating with family members and outpatient treatment providers for a smooth planning process.
