Finance Paralegal for a direct placement opportunity in New York.
The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree as well as 3
years of experience with closings/post-closings of financial
transactions including mergers & acquisitions, public transactions
and other corporate transactions Must have experience with UCC
statements as well as general corporate experience including
corporate formation and dissolution. Large law firm experience is
