Front-end Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who are looking to work with a smart, passionate team dedicated to delivering amazing products using modern tools and technologies.  This opportunity is for a well established start up here in New York City.  
 
Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
  • A passion for aesthetically pleasing, intuitive front-ends
  • Understanding of semantic markup, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript patterns and practices
  • Experience with designing large, maintainable JavaScript applications
  • Experience with MVC web frameworks
  • Experience working under source control (preferably Git)
  • Excellent client communication skills


 
 
Highly Beneficial:


  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and tools
  • Experience building iOS and Android user interfaces
