JOB POSTING 2044 TITLE: Executive Coach (hybrid role) INDUSTRY:
Financial Services LOCATION: New York, NY COMPENSATION: $225-300k
base plus a bonus RELOCATION: Paid GROWING Financial Services
company is looking to add an Executive Coach to their HR department
to support the professional development of their employees.
SUMMARY: - This position will join the company’s internal coaching
team working one-on-one with employees to support their
professional development across multiple areas (i.e., professional
effectiveness, accountability, decision-making, etc.) tailing your
approach to the individual employees’ needs. - A key player in the
ongoing growth/improvement of the company’s internal coaching
program. REQUIREMENTS: - 8 years of executive coaching experience -
Lots of experience working with mid-level professionals - Excellent
relationship-building and communication skills - Master’s degree in
applied psychology, industrial organizational psychology,
organizational consulting, or similar field of study is preferred
