Nuc experience, CT experience a PLUS Previous travel experience
strongly encouraged Venipuncture experience required NYS license
required ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted) GE
machine experience EPIC EMR Required McKesson PACS NO BLOCK
SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU
REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO
ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE
UPLOAD TO TRIO. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.

Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1
Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of
employment) License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
(Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT OR NMTCB, BLS and PERM
ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs) Permanent address
must be included in profile. Address must match Driver
License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance
process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not
be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address
