Travel OT Home Health jobs in Albany, NY are available for 13-week
assignments with Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00 shifts,
totaling 37.5 hours per week. You must have a current New York OT
license and home health experience.Your responsibilities include
providing one-on-one treatment in patients homes, conducting
comprehensive assessments, developing individualized therapy plans,
and documenting visits using Homecare Home Base. You will see 5
visits per day and cover Albany County, NY.Albany, NY offers a
