Clinical Nurse II on our dedicated night team. This per diem role
is crucial in delivering high-quality nursing care in a dynamic
hospital environment. You will work collaboratively with a team of
skilled healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes and
uphold our standards of excellence in nursing practices. Provide
direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles Monitor, record, and
report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while
maintaining precise and detailed patient records Administer
medications, track dosages and document all patient interactions
Participate in the development and modification of care plans in
collaboration with other health professionals Assist in the
operation of medical equipment or monitor patient reactions to
treatments Educate patients and their families on disease
prevention and health maintenance Provide emotional support and
compassionate care to patients and families Proficient in clinical
skills with an ability to handle high stress situations Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills essential for team
collaboration and patient interaction Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare

to practice in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS)
