Job Description:
What you'll do Lead all training and education activities
supporting both employees and external clinical customers (e.g.,
hospitals, physicians, field partners). Develop scalable training
programs from concept through delivery (e.g., onboarding, clinical
education, device adoption). Manage and grow the training function
(e.g., instructional designers, facilitators, training
coordinators). Build clinical instructional content for diverse
audiences (e.g., acute care teams, vendors, clinical field
specialists). Measure training effectiveness using
performance-based metrics (e.g., certification outcomes, LMS
analytics, field execution). Ensure training programs meet
regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., competency
documentation, IFU-derived materials, Part 11 validation). Partner
with commercial, clinical, and quality teams to align education
with customer success and device utilization. What we're looking
for Leadership experience owning employee and customer-facing
medical device training programs. Expertise in instructional design
for clinical and hospital-based audiences (e.g., physicians, acute
care stakeholders). Track record of improving training impact
through measurable outcomes (e.g., pass rates, procedure
correlations, field ROI). Experience managing regulated training
requirements (e.g., 21 CFR 820.25 competency proof, validated LMS
environments). Understanding of hospital credentialing expectations
and training documentation needs (e.g., Joint Commission
alignment). Familiarity with audit-ready training tools and systems
(e.g., eQMS records, simulation-based competency evidence).
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Compensation:
$170-190K base 20% bonus Benefit Highlights: Day-one
