Provide comprehensive nursing care in a high acuity CCU setting Monitor patient health status and respond with appropriate treatments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise holistic patient care plans Educate patients and their families on disease processes and preventive care Participate in research and clinical trials as part of ongoing professional development Maintain accurate patient records and monitor data for quality assurance and compliance Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Telemetry and complex patient monitoring Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform well under pressure and in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
