A leading healthcare system in upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive team. Position Highlights: - Monday–Friday schedule — flexible 4- or 5-day workweek - No weekend clinic hours! - Light phone call coverage (once every 70 days – RN triage takes first call) - Telemedicine coverage 2–3 hours every 3 months - Opportunity for teaching and precepting medical students or NP/PA students - Participate in leadership or hybrid administrative roles if desired - Collaborative environment with APP and full clinical support team Compensation & Benefits: - Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in full on first paycheck!) - Retention Bonus: $25,000 at start of second year - Productivity Incentives available from day one Comprehensive Benefits Include: ?
