Job Description About the Opportunity: As the Associate Medical Director at Community Health Rutland, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. In addition to providing direct patient care, this leadership role empowers you to shape clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and advance organizational strategies. Our Rutland site uniquely integrates primary care and express care under one roof, with onsite behavioral health, care management, and social work services—all designed to support team-based, patient-centered care. The AMD serves as a clinical and strategic leader, directly supervising providers and championing initiatives that improve quality, safety, and workforce wellness. This role also contributes to broader system goals through involvement in committees and corporate-level planning, making it ideal for a physician looking to pair clinical practice with meaningful leadership impact.
