Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN CCU - Coronary Care for a local contract nursing job in Bronx, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CCU - Coronary Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in NY. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12: 7pm-7:30am. /n - Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU /n - Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately /n - Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members /n - Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing /n - Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams /n - Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay /n - Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer /n - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records /n - Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans /n /n Job Requirements: /n - 3 years ICU experience (required) /n /n - 5 years Level I Trauma experience (preferred) /n /n - Previous charge experience (required) /n /n - Experience with Epic charting (required) /n /n - MA RN license – must be in hand /n /n - BLS /n /n - ACLS /n /n - NIHSS /n /n - TCAR (if applicable per specialty) /n /n /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
