Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for responses. Participate in the development and implementation of patient education programs. Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of patient's condition and treatment. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance. Support patient and family needs to provide holistic care. Supervise and mentor junior staff and participate in educational initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of New York BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
