Job Description Surgical Technologist – Main OR Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | Rotating Weekends On-Call | Southern Connecticut Are you an experienced Surgical Tech looking to join a highly skilled operating room team? This full-time, day-shift position offers the chance to work in a busy Main OR setting, collaborating with talented surgeons and perioperative professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. What You’ll Do: Assist surgeons and OR staff during a variety of surgical procedures Maintain a sterile field and ensure instruments are ready and organized Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to ensure smooth operations Participate in rotating weekend and on-call shifts as needed What We’re Looking For: Must have main OR experience (no new grads, please) Current Surgical Technologist certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and detail-oriented Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with rotating weekends and on-call coverage as required.
