sign on bonus Work two 12-hour weekend shifts (24 hours total) and

Dare to be Great What You'll Do: The Pines at Glens Falls is
searching for Nursing Supervisors (RN) to work Weekend / Baylor
shifts. Baylor shift 7PM to 7AM and additional shifts are available
during the week. As a Weekend Baylor, Overnight Nursing Supervisor,
you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our
residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the
facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing
policies, procedures and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
delivery Overseeing daily operations, including staffing
assignments and resource allocation Collaborating with the
interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality
standards Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing
staff Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and

-: What You'll Bring: Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor
include: Valid nursing (RN) license in the state of New York
Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a
supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,
organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a
