Job Description:

invites qualified nurses to apply for the position of Clinical
Nurse III in our Orthopedics and Spine Department. As part of our

specialized nursing care to patients with orthopedic and spinal
conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
to address complex patient needs and ensure the highest standards
of safety and effectiveness in patient treatments. Provide
specialized nursing care for orthopedic and spine patients. Assess
patient conditions through consistent monitoring, communication,
and evaluation. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical
therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement comprehensive treatment plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients
and their families on disease management, surgical procedures, and
post-discharge care. Maintain meticulous records of patient care,
condition, progress, and concerns. Contribute to research and
clinical trials specific to orthopedics and spine care. Advanced
knowledge of orthopedic and spine nursing practices. Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems. Strong
clinical skills with the ability to work both independently and as
part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Orthopedic
Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred.
