This position will play a critical role in managing patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced surgical environment. Working closely with a team of skilled healthcare professionals, the successful candidate will administer direct nursing care, participate in educational programs, and adhere to the highest standards of patient safety and compliance. Provide comprehensive nursing care for trauma patients in a surgical setting, assessing and monitoring patient condition. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to develop effective patient care plans. Administer medications, conduct routine procedures, and maintain records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that complies with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong skills in patient assessment and acute care Proficiency in handling and administering medications Ability to operate medical equipment relevant to surgical and trauma care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High capacity for working under pressure in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
