Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Cardiac position requiring post-cardiac catheterization groin management and NJ or compact licensure. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in the Stepdown Cardiac unit as part of the hospital float pool - Night shifts with a 3x12 hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30 - Float required to the stepdown unit attached to cardiac telemetry within one facility only - Every other weekend shifts required as needed - Must care for post-cardiac catheterization patients - Responsible for managing patients following cardiac catheterization procedures - May provide care in both stepdown and cardiac telemetry settings as needed - Floating is within a single facility only and does not involve other hospitals - Local candidates are defined as residing within a 75-mile radius of the facility /n /n Requirements/n - Active NJ or compact RN license - Current ACLS and BLS certifications - Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required - Experience with post cardiac catheterization groin management is required - Ability to read cardiac telemetry strips and administer cardiac drips - COVID vaccine and booster required with no exemptions /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-662949.
