Emergency Medicine physicians, especially those seeking meaningful work in a collaborative, resourceful environment, will find a rewarding long-term fit Practice Overview You'll join a hospital-employed team in a modern 6-bed ER with above average support Dedicated transfer command center - door to balloon time quicker than most facilities! 2-3 APPs supporting staggered throughout the day - NP for admissions and RNs to further support including a dedicated triage nurse ED averages 35-40 patients per 24 hour shift CT and Ultrasound onsite Curbside consults for Neurology through dedicated 24-hour tele-service Schedule 12-hour shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a); or 24 hour shifts available! (144 hours per month) Flexible cadence options for a schedule that is tailored to you! Additional shifts available for extra pay if desired Compensation & Benefits EM-trained physicians earn $462,000 base with $50,000 quality bonus and $300/hour for extra shifts $25,000 sign-on and $15,000 relocation support included $5,000 CME stipend plus full suite of benefits: 401(k) with match, malpractice with tail, and comprehensive health coverage Candidate Requirements Board-eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM preferred) Will consider FM/IM-trained physicians with significant ED experience Must be confident practicing independently in a high-acuity rural ED Strong procedural comfort required; teamwork and community alignment essential Community & Location Highlights Regional Airport just 20 minutes away Amazing local food options 2.5 hours from the Florida beaches!
