Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: New Windsor, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $235,000 to $285,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, multi-location outpatient practice in New York, NY . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for a seasoned physician (10 years of experience) seeking a stable, long-term practice with flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and a patient-centered care model. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated care in a collegial, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma) Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR/EMR system Deliver patient education focused on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle management Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts Rare weekend hospital coverage only for complications related to surgical cases Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule: Choose 4 or 5 full clinic days per week Outpatient-focused role Rare weekend hospital visits only if required for post-surgical complications Access to AI scribe support Collaborative and supportive practice environment across 35 locations Compensation Base Salary: $235,000 annually Productivity & Quality Bonus: Up to $50,000 (for candidates with 10 years of experience) Total compensation potential up to $285,000 Why This Opportunity Competitive compensation with strong bonus potential Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek Minimal weekend responsibilities Robust benefits and retirement plan Advanced clinical support including AI scribe tools Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Long-term stability within a large, established outpatient network Requirements REQUIRED Qualifications ?
