Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work on medical surgical units with 20-34 beds depending on unit assignment • Patient ratio typically 1:6 • Must be willing to float to any medical surgical unit • Every other weekend and holidays required if needed • No on-call responsibilities • 8-hour non-billable orientation required • Personal scrubs of any color required for dress code • 2 years current medical surgical experience required • Telemetry experience required • Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required • Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred • Must have own vehicle for assignment • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS • Massachusetts RN license required • Must reside more than 50 miles from facility • Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted during assignment • All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission • Holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25% Facility: This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services with multiple medical surgical units ranging from 20-34 beds each.
