Detail: 40 hour APP for outpatient oncology Get MORE from your

growth opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant, to join our cohesive team to provide value-based care to
patients in practice-based settings in Hartford Healthcare’s
Central region. Ideally located with proximity to New York and
Massachusetts. Some highlights of this opportunity include:
Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide
value-based care in an ambulatory setting and will be involved in
triage and the spectrum of outpatient management including but not
limited to the following: Benign hematology visits, sick/urgent
visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow
aspirations, overseeing infusion follow up appointments, and
ongoing survivorship care. Schedule: Full Time: - 4-day work week
is an option Locations: Southington, New Britain, Meriden, and

Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced Practice
Registered Nurse (APRN), is required. · Eligibility to be certified
as a Physician Assistant (PA), or National Board Certification as a
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or
Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is
required. · Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred ·
