quality and cost-effective nursing care for patients/families
and/or others for a patient population within a unit, service or
other primary area of practice with an awareness of the episode of
care. Applies the nursing process within the context of the
organization's Framework for Professional Practice. Functions as
clinically competent. Delegates and supervises work appropriately.
Reports to Unit Manager. Qualifications RN CT License. For New
Registered Nurse Graduates, under Section 20-101, Connecticut
General Statutes, evidence of transcript/completion of nursing
education program, pending licensure within 90 days after
graduation date. RN Diploma, Associate Degree, BS in Nursing, or
BS, BA( non- Nursing.) New graduates will require one year of
experience to become competent, with a completed orientation to
