• Foster a culture of operational excellence: Drive customer satisfaction, empower employees, and continuously improve processes.
• Analyze current operations comprehensively to identify improvement areas.
• Develop plans to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance customer experience.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and learning to improve order to delivery speed, reliability, and cost.
• Reimagine our manufacturing footprint: Assess current and forecasted needs in paper, customization, and pick-and-pack categories to optimize layout and equipment.
• Align processes with lean and best manufacturing practices to boost performance.
• Propose new plant locations and structures to serve our US and EU customers effectively.
• Bring our teams along on the journey: Advocate for manufacturing needs and vision across functions to ensure collaboration.
• Challenge floor leadership to meet BAU goals while driving strategic initiatives.About You:
