The digital assets team at Mastercard is executing a bold vision of delivering a new network capability for financial institutions that brings the power of programmability to bank deposits. Our focus is on partnering with FIs to enable real-world use cases such as B2B, cross-border payments, and tokenized real-world assets.We're looking for someone to join our fast-paced team to build relationships with key "buying centers" in financial institutions and enroll them in our products and solutions. This is a global role based in New York, London, or Singapore.RoleIn this high-profile, customer-facing position, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products/capabilities in this space, including Multi-token Network, Crypto Credential, and related products and services.
• Develop a pipeline of FIs and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand FI strategies and help develop roadmaps and business cases for our products.
• Partner with internal teams to present a unified front to customers.
• Lead customer proposals, including RFP responses, deal execution, negotiations, and legal contracts, collaborating with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams.All About You

• Proven experience selling payment solutions or related services into FIs, especially in transaction banking or commercial banking.
• Knowledge of the digital assets space, especially on the institutional side.
• Self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Industry relationships are a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and data protection laws.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Tech, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with inherent risks.
