  • Active RN license
  • CPR Certification
  • A minimum of 1 year in Long-term care with a background in a manager/supervisory role (preferably someone with previous experience in an ADON position)Responsibilities of ADON include but are not limited to:
    • Maintain standards of the nursing home.
    • Help to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
    • Ensure smooth operation of the nursing department.
    • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
    • Inform management of any staff concerns.
    • Assist in training and supervising nursing staff.
