Building on knowledge of processes and systems, they will partner with business units, IT and other functions to ensure the successful roll-out of the initiatives .What you'll be DOINGWhat will your essential responsibilities include?T he Senior Business Solution Design & Delivery Manager will independently own Project deliverables within the BSDD scope of work for large transversal projects which can entail leading several internal or external team colleagues.In this role you will deliver one or several of the BSDD service offerings with a key focus on stakeholder management:Applying our consulting mindset guiding principles, the role focusses on: - Customer Centricity - Professional Conduct - Being a Trusted AdvisorThis role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities to ensure Operational Readiness in our programmes of work focussing on: - identifying business solutions to various problems through workshops and interviews, conducting analyses and documenting deliverables , - defining and documenting target designs and outcomes in cooperation with business Subject Matter Experts and with the wider team , - applying change management tools and methodologies to drive adoption to enable full benefit realization, - defining processes for continuous improvement. - acting as a Business Advisor and ensure superior quality in deliverables and documentation. - develop close relationship with key business stakeholder of your project which allows you to act as thought partner and challenging advisor. - understand interdependencies between different change initiatives and manage them proactivelyThe candidate will be expected to understand and synthesize business problems, conduct analyses, work with subject matter experts, manage resource impacts, and document high-level product requirements.They will also apply change management methodologies, manage adoption and transition to BAU, share their expertise with the team, and drive knowledge sharing.The ideal candidate will have a broad skillset, be able to manage their workload independently to drive and deliver project solutions with minimal oversight and support from Team Leaders.In this role you will report to the Team Lead of Business Solution Design and Delivery.What you will BRINGWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:Technical Skills:We are looking for a candidate who has certification and experience in one or more of the following fields:- Change Management skills, experience in assessing change impact and delivering change management activities targeted to various stakeholder groups. Prosci certification- Effective skills in Process Definition and Continuous Improvement. Lean/Six Sigma certification- experience consulting roles, equipped with various tools and techniques for status assessments, solutioning, visualization and implementation of various business problems. Maintain and promote a consultancy background and always drive for highest quality output.Other skills:- Advanced experience in driving large scale programs in the insurance industry and international environment- Effective capabilities in documenting and visualizing design decision and progress status- Effective influencing and negotiation skills, acts as role model and supports junior colleagues in project execution manages stakeholders independently- Effective analytical/conceptual and solutioning skills complemented with social/soft skills.Who WE areAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
