The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Orthodontics site, demonstrating strong organizational skills. The Manager should be an innovative problem solver, capable of working independently and collaboratively with the Clinical Director, Site Director, and the FHC Leadership Team to meet financial and operational goals.Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities of the Orthodontic clinic.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure effective operation of clinical and administrative information systems.
  • Lead marketing outreach and health education activities to promote patient engagement and access to care.
  • Resolve patient complaints and monitor satisfaction levels among patients and staff.
  • Maintain current and accurate credentialing statuses and malpractice insurance for all participating insurances.
  • Manage ordering, organization, and security of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Departmental Leadership and RED+F to ensure safety and comfort of patients and staff, and enforce action plans when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards including OSHA, DOH, and JCAHO.
  • Schedule and monitor compliance with mandatory trainings.
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Serve as timekeeper for payroll submissions.
  • Utilize reports and data to track key performance indicators.
  • Supervise operational workflows including registration, billing, insurance verification, treatment coordination, referral work queues, sterilization, etc.
  • Manage site financial operations including billing, accounts receivable, payments, adjustments, and annual budgets.
  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance in patient care, operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and quality.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Successful staff management experience.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records and IT systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented and team-focused.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Orthodontic practice.
