Job Description:
Pure Power Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Field
Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position entails
the design, evaluation, and inspection of photovoltaic systems,
ensuring structural integrity and compliance with national
standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to pioneer innovative structural solutions
that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of solar power
projects. Design structural components for photovoltaic systems,
including mounting systems, frames, and supports. Conduct site
inspections and structural analysis to ensure compliance with
safety regulations and performance standards. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate structural designs with
electrical and mechanical system requirements. Prepare technical
documentation and reports for project stakeholders. Stay abreast of
industry trends and advancements in solar technology and structural
engineering. Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g.,
SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) Strong understanding of load calculations and
material fatigue Experience with CAD software for drafting and
designing Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures
applicable to solar installations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in SE (Structural
Engineering) is a plus.
