Key Responsibilities:
Develop technical and functional documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather, translate, and document
requirements.
Maintain document version control and ensure regulatory
compliance.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and portals.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of technical writing or business analysis.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Project, Access, Visio, etc.).
Strong verbal/written communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Prior public sector/government or education domain experience.
