Job Description Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor Setting: Private School / Special Education Program Population: Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Position Overview A private educational program serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to join its multidisciplinary team. The program follows an integrated educational and therapeutic model rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), incorporating speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, music therapy, behavioral support, and social skills training. The primary objective of the program is to support students in achieving meaningful progress and transitioning successfully into less restrictive educational and community settings. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement speech and language curriculum Supervise speech-language therapists and related staff Provide direct therapy services to students Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned students’ needs and progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Conduct augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) assessments Supervise and support therapy involving AAC devices Prepare, review, and edit evaluations, progress reports, and IEP documentation Qualifications Experience with AAC, PECS, LAMP, oral sensory-motor therapy, and/or feeding therapy preferred BCBA or LBA certification preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral strategies Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Supervisory experience required Strong background in conducting evaluations Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Pet Wellness Benefits Commuter Benefits Additional Voluntary Insurance Options
