Answer customer calls and respond to online inquiries regarding insurance products. Provide accurate information about policies, billing, and claims processes. Handle insurance claims, facilitate communication between customers and adjusters, and track claim progress. Resolve complaints and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to find solutions and improve service delivery. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Proficient in the use of computers and customer management software Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in customer service management, such as Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP), are an advantage but not mandatory.
