The Community Network is comprised of Senior Services (Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Communities), Hartford Healthcare at Home, Independence at Home, Hospice and The Center for Healthy Aging & Good Life. The Marketing Outreach Associate is responsible for supporting Marketing Campaigns, Events Planning and Reporting for the Community Network. Responsibilities include:

Provide monthly reports for sales and occupancy for all communities. Print off Website reports (Google antics) for analysis. Prepare Master Calendar for all events happening at all locations, email updated document to all Marketing staff, send out press releases on said events. Blog Pull lists Campaign management in CRM. Prepare monthly outcomes reports for the CT Center for Healthy Aging highlighting the results of referrals to all Alliance entities. Assist with data base management of donations and donors. Assist with project pieces of grants and sends to Development DirectorQualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred Two or more years experience in sales and marketing activities and reporting, preferably in the human services arena Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical proficiency working with data, reporting and social media channels We take great care of careers.
