firm. The Schusterman Group team is seeking a detail-oriented,
organized, and motivated team player to join our growing team. This
individual will be responsible for working alongside the Financial
Advisor Team, handling day-to-day team operations as well as
crafting thoughtful financial plans and delivering personalized
wealth management advice to select clients. They need to have a
strong foundation and understanding around how a financial services
team focused on delivering excellent client service operates. What
you are good at: Detail Oriented & Driven – Thorough and rigorous
attention to all details; Ability to manage multiple high-touch
projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy; Takes
initiative and ownership in all aspects of role from logistics to
processes and is unafraid to get their hands dirty and eager to
learn. Communication –Providing excellent verbal and written
services to clients and internal team members, including prompt,
accurate, and timely attention to detail. Team-Oriented: Must be
comfortable collaborating with team members and other departments
across the organization. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking –
Thorough and resourceful problem solver with a solutions-based
approach to every situation; Proactively takes on challenges with
optimism and a helpful attitude. Building Relationships – Meets
with existing and new client relationships to identify needs and
coordinate the delivery of investment, fiduciary and lending
solutions to satisfy those needs (e.g., retirement and estate
planning, funding for college, and general investment options). May
participate in client meetings to assist in bringing additional
assets and strengthening relationships. Financial Planning &
Investment Expertise - Possesses deep knowledge of financial
planning concepts and tools, investment products and strategies.
Responsibilities: Partner closely with Financial Advisors to learn
and support team operations and assist in process improvement
initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency and scalability.
Keep current on market conditions, firm research and available
investment products and strategy. Assist team in executing on their
asset allocation and investment strategy. Prepare and update
comprehensive financial plans, analysis and recommendations.
Participate in client meetings and deliver advice to clients.
Proactively follow up on client action items, planning update and
service requests. Coordinate with other members of the team to make
sure planning information is gathered, filed, and uploaded into
MoneyGuide effectively. What you have: 3 years of experience in
financial planning/investment management. CFP designation or in the
process of obtaining. Advanced knowledge in financial planning
topics, concepts, and strategies. Strong oral and written
communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented environment. Tremendous organization and time
management skills. Advanced knowledge and hands on experience using
financial planning software (Ideally MoneyGuide) and savvy in
Excel. Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) required. Why work for us?

includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonuses and
commissions. In addition, you would be eligible to participate in
all company benefits offered to full-time employees at Janney,
including health, dental, and medical coverage, disability income
protection, life insurance, PTO/vacation, holidays, and a 401(k)
plan. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to
$85,000. Total compensation at Janney is determined based on each
candidate’s experience, skills, credentials, and geographical
location, and is further enhanced through performance-based
