Thomas, Judy & Tucker, P.A. (TJ&T) seeks a meticulous and strategic Accountant to join our thriving real estate finance team. As part of our firm, known for its unmatched expertise and commitment to client success, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This role is pivotal in providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes that enhance our real estate investment strategies and property management solutions. Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and other business reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations specific to the real estate industry. Assist in the development of budgets and monitor financial performance versus forecasts. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits. Maintain accurate records and control of financial transactions and document procedures. Provide tax planning and preparation services tailored to real estate management and investment. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing, fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Familiarity with US GAAP
